Games Room - The garage has been converted into yet another entertainment area where you can enjoy a game of darts, table tennis and enjoy a quiet drink with friends around the bar table.
Outdoors - Relax under the covered veranda where there is an 8 seat dining setting and a large barbeque. Keep your eye out for the daily visits from our state emblem (Black Swans) and the dolphins that like to get up close and personal.

Holliday Manor offer so much to do. Get up close and personal with the local wildlife with regular visits from the dolphins that call the canals home, or our native Black Swans.
Make your way through the waterways on one of the many kayaks provided with the property.
Relax and watch the sunset over the water while enjoying a quiet drink.
There is plenty of activities for the children, with darts, a table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and plenty of board games to guarantee that even the wettest of days is great fun.
